Return & Exchanges
We hope you will love everything you buy from KayaNuka, but if not here is our returns policy:
- Any or all items from your online order that you wish to return must be received by KayaNuka within 14 calendar days from date of purchase. We cannot accept returns after this period.
- All returned items must be unworn and undamaged and returned with the original packaging. In such cases, the products will be returned to the purchaser.
- Unless an item is faulty, not as ordered or it is otherwise stated you will be responsible for the cost of the return postage.
- If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 working days, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
- Earrings or any other pierced jewellery can not be returned for reasons pertaining to hygiene.
- We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to arrive, so we ask that you please use a tracked delivery service and attach the correct postage to your parcel / obtain proof of postage.
- Please then send your item(s) to: KayaNuka, Thurning Mill, Briston, Melton Constable, Norfolk, NR24 2LL
- Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment.
- Please note that for all exchanges, we are only able to process once.

For items returned to the UK from overseas, the customer must pay for any shipping fees, taxes and duties applicable.
